These Terms of Sale are entered into between:
(hereinafter "the Seller"), and any natural or legal person purchasing the product described below on the site pantryscoresales.rjdana.com (hereinafter "the Customer").
These Terms govern the sale of the PantryScore software, a private application that runs offline, designed to structure and track a personal food reserve. The sale is for a lifetime license to use the software — non-exclusive and non-transferable — and not for the sale of a physical medium or an online service dependent on the Seller's server.
The price is shown in euros, all taxes included, on the sales page at the time of order. It is a one-time payment; no subscription or renewal is associated with this license.
The order and payment are handled entirely by Paddle.com, acting as reseller and Merchant of Record for this sale. Paddle bills the Customer, collects and remits applicable tax (VAT where relevant), issues the invoice, and handles all support relating to payment, refunds and billing disputes. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment transaction itself, in addition to these Terms which cover the product and its use.
As the product is digital, there is no physical delivery. Once payment is complete, a license key is generated automatically and sent by email to the address provided at order, generally within a few minutes. The Customer activates the app by going to reservescore.rjdana.com and entering this key.
If the email is not received (including the spam folder) within 24 hours, the Customer is invited to contact rjdana.auteur@gmail.com.
In accordance with applicable consumer law on digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium where performance has begun with the Customer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived. By completing payment, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that immediate activation of the license upon receipt of the key constitutes the beginning of performance, and consequently waives the 14-day right of withdrawal once activation occurs. The Customer nonetheless retains the benefit of the money-back guarantee described in Section 7.

PantryScore is a planning and tracking aid; the calorie and nutritional values shown are indicative estimates based on public tables (ANSES-Ciqual, USDA FoodData Central) and do not constitute nutritional, medical or professional advice. The Seller cannot be held liable for decisions made by the Customer solely on the basis of the information provided by the app.
The software is provided "as is". The Seller strives to ensure it works correctly but does not guarantee availability or complete absence of errors, without prejudice to applicable statutory warranties.
The software, its brand, interface and content remain the exclusive property of the Seller. The purchase grants the Customer a personal right to use the license, excluding any right of resale, redistribution or modification of the software.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller first at the address given in Section 1 to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
